Linen fiber

Linen fiberThis insulator is made of linen fibers too short to be used in the textile industry. Excellent thermal insulator, its sound insulation capabilities are also well-known. It is a good regulator since it has the capacity to absorb and then restore moisture.

Linen fiber comes in panels, rolls or felts. They can be used to insulate walls, roofs, floors and attics. It is easy to implement, mostly thanks to its woolly texture.

Linen is a strong fiber which has great longevity. The insulator is often treated with boron salt to resist mold, insects and fire.

It is commonly available at the same price as hemp wool.
